The following documents can assist if you need to provide proof of insurance for the Valiant House to your mortgage company. If you need a certificate, follow the instructions below to send an email for the request.

All of our policies (Wind, Flood, Property, Liability, and Workers’ Comp) + the financing agreement can be found in this folder.
To request proof of insurance, requestors should email the below info to: CertRequests@ajg.com
Email subject line:
Condominium Association of Valiant House / CONDASS-08 / Certificate of Liability & Certificate of Property/Flood
Email body:
1. Full Name (as it appears on loan)
2. Full Address (as it appears on loan)
3. Loan #
4. Mortgagee Clause (Full Name of Mortgagee/Lender, specific P.O. Box associated with their loan, ISAOA/ATIMA, etc.)
5. Email address to send certificate
Our agent cannot “upload” or fax documenation, it can only be sent via email.
