The Valiant House has a strict no pet policy.

No pets of any kind are permitted in the Valiant House, even temporarily.

Residents with a verified medical need my complete this application for an ESA / Service Animal and return it to the president at valianthouse801@gmail.com to authorize and document the presence of your ESA or Service Animal.

For all residents:

If you suspect an animal is not authorized to be at the Valiant House, we have created a simple 3 step process for you to report it. The process requires these steps:

1. Friendly Engagement

Engage with your neighbor in a polite, non-confrontational conversation. A simple, neighborly question such as, “Hi, I’m ______.  I haven’t seen you around before—what unit do you live in?” can often provide the necessary information naturally. The goal is to identify the resident’s name and unit number without accusation or confrontation.

2. Gather Basic Information
Collect the following information:

  • The resident’s name and unit number

  • A brief description of the animal

  • The date and time the animal was seen

  • Any relevant context or concern (e.g., frequent sightings, barking, unleashed, etc.)

3. Submit a Report to the Board using the form on the second page of the linked packet (above)
Please submit all information on the form to any Board member or via email to valianthouse801@gmail.com. Reports should be factual and respectful.

Anonymous complaints will not be investigated.
